12 Days of Christmas

One of our neighbors played the 12 Days of Christmas on our family this year. The kids were so excited each night for the knock on the door. Whoever it was was speedy fast and they never revealed themselves, but we sure enjoyed what they did for us! Each gift came with a nice tag that shared a special message about the Christmas season. We were grateful to be chosen for this!

Here are the 12 gifts

Dinner for the busy time of year...

This is a family home evening lesson all prepared!

This is the kids sprinkling the reindeer food on our front yard for Santa's reindeer. The food was one of the gifts!

This is nativity hand puppets which came with a script to tell the story. It was a great was to tell the story, and the kids could all be involved!

We did this on Christmas night so the house is totally overrun with all our new toys, and Sawyer was SO tired when we did this, I was trying to take the pictures and bounce him at the same time. No photography awards for me!

Avilee was the narrator and Mary

Matt was the wise men

Spencer was Joseph, Mason and I were the sheep and shepard, and Grandma was the angel

This was a wonderful way to remember the true meaning of the season...even when we were surrounded with all those presents!
