I had a few pictures I wanted to share, but not necessarily needing their own post, so I thought I would do a "this and that" post to get them taken care of.
We are very grateful to report that Matt got an elk this year! Last year after fire season, he only had one day to hunt and was not successful. Our freezer is very happy once again. This is Mason and Matt cutting steaks.
One of Mason's favorite chores is to help Daddy salt the walk in the morning before the daycare kids come. He is wearing his skunk hat Grandma bought him and he is quick to spray anyone who asks!
Avilee was able to go to The Nutcracker in Salt Lake with a group of ladies in our family. She was excited to get dressed up and had a wonderful time at the ballet.
Matt and his brothers and their friends participated in a pheasant hunting tournament on Black Friday and had so much fun. They are planning on it becoming an annual tradition!
Mason has been wanting hunting boots like Daddy's and I found a pair when I went shopping on Black Friday. He was thrilled to say the least!
I got the little boys matching outfits for church and I was so excited! I asked Matt why we don't get all the kids matching outfits for every Sunday and he said, "Because we want them to like us". At least I have a while with the little ones to have some say in the matter!
I really don't know what I would do without this girl. She is going to be the most amazing mother one day!
Ice fishing season has started which means we don't see too much of this guy, but when we do he comes with food! He is an avid Ling fisherman, but he will bring home a few varieties like this trout.
We have had fun making crafts...Avilee made our family as penguins. Sawyer is in the egg :)
Spencer and I made snowmen...
I also went to a "Girls Night Out" crafting night and made these cutie pie elf shoes...
We were able to visit with Santa in Lyman. We told him our wish list and he gave us a special treat bag!
